B2B Business Acquisition Criteria

We're building a small collection of really good businesses, not a sprawling portfolio. We want to own 5-7 companies we know intimately and build for decades.


We target B2B businesses with $600K-$5M EBITDA (750k to 1.5M is our sweet spot) , focusing on owner-operator succession opportunities in food manufacturing, specialty manufacturing, and contract services across the Midwest.


We're generalists. Strong fundamentals matter more than specific sectors.
